Flexibility
We are really flexible on dates, so if dont see your ideal dates in the booking system, please complete the enquiry form the right and this will email us your requirements. We may be able to fit you in providing this does not conflict with other bookings and lodge cleaning services.
Availability
We currently have good availability because the lodge is new and only became available to rent from 14th September 2009.
Payment
We are able to take payment by Credit or Debit Card, cheque or BACS transfer through our online booking system, just click on the availability link above.
Notes on Prices
Prices are for the rental of the property in UK Pounds.
Booking notes
A £150 deposit payment is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking to be paid 6 weeks in advance of the actual stay, unless you make a late booking, when the total balance is due upon booking.
Security Deposit
A separate security deposit cheque of £150 is required on payment of the balance - this is fully refundable after return of keys and approved inventory check.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day for most guests is Saturday for weekly stays, or Friday/Saturday for weekend stays, Monday for mid-week stays.Christmas and New Year holidays may require us to change this. Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is by 10.00am
Restrictions:
Unfortunately we do not allow pets to stay at our holiday home
Although bedding is provided, please bring your own towels
Lodge is cleaned on changeover day
Please note that our Lodge is strictly no smoking
Accessibility
The lodge is all one level and has a gravel parking area to the rear of the property – however there are steps up to the lodge entrance which is not ideal for wheelchair users.

The lodge can be found directly to the North of York
Travel
Head towards York onthe A64 and turn onto the A1237 (2nd Exit off the roundabout. Go through 5 roundabouts. On the next roundabout, take the first exit onto the B1363. After approximately 4 miles, turn right at Goose Lane. After just under a mile, turn right into Carr Lane. The Holiday park will be just on the right.

The lodge is just a walk from Sutton on the
Forest village centre. A car is recommended if you wish to fully explore the whole Yale of York area. The lodge is also ideal as a base for a cycling holiday. We have put together an information pack, with suggestions on where to visit etc whch you will find in the lodge on your arrival.
We ask all our guests to look after our special holiday home as it is very dear to us. Please leave it as you find it, and please feel free to book with us again!!
